This Privacy Policy is governed by our Terms of Use, and any capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy will have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Use. This Privacy Policy applies to the personal data we collect on our own behalf, such as when you (a “User”) access or use our Services including this website, or when a client (“Client”) obtains or purchases any of our products or Services. It also applies to personal data that we may collect on behalf of a Client, such as personal data about our Clients’ customers (“End Users”) collected through our Live Receptionist or Live Chat Services or directly from a Client. However, this Privacy Policy does not apply to personal data collected by any third party or its services, such as a Client’s website or services, which will be governed by the third party’s privacy policy. If you have questions about how a third party handles your personal data, you should contact that third party directly. By accessing or using any of our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. Plaza Offices may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. If we make material changes to this Policy, we will post a notice on the homepage of our website or mobile app and/or send an email to you notifying you of the changes. You should check this page periodically to ensure that you agree with the current version of this Policy, as your continued use of the Services after such changes become effective is your acknowledgment of and consent to those changes.
Personal Data We Collect
We collect the following types of personal data about our Users and Clients: identifiers, Internet activity information, customer records information, professional or employment-related information, commercial information, and geolocation data. We collect this information in the following circumstances:
- If you visit our website or use our mobile application, we automatically collect information from your web browser or device about your Internet activity, your device, or how you use our Services. Examples of this information include your IP address, unique device identifiers, usage information, or geolocation data. - If you are an employee, contractor, representative, or other authorized user of a Client’s account, our Client may provide us with your contact information to enable your access to our Services. When you access or use the Services on behalf of a Client, we may ask you to provide personal data directly to us to enable your use of the Services, such as name, email address, company, device information, Internet activity information, or geolocation.
- If you provide information to one of our affiliates, our affiliate may share your personal data with us. Your personal data may include information such as your name, email address, mailing address, or company name.
- If you publicly post or share your personal data or other content to a third party’s site or services, we may collect and receive your personal data and content from that third-party site or service and use it subject to that third party’s privacy policy and our agreement with that third party.
- We may also combine the personal data that we have about you with publicly available information that we obtain from external sources.
We may collect the following types of personal data about End Users: identifiers, Internet activity information, customer records information, professional or employment-related information, geolocation data, call records and chat history, and any other personally identifiable information that an End User may provide to our live receptionists or chat agents. We collect this information when an End User interacts with our live receptionists through our Live Receptionist Services, or with a chat agent through our Live Chat Services, or if a Client provides an End User’s personal data to us so we can more effectively provide the Services to the Client. When collect personal data about End Users in our capacity as a service provider to a Client, our collection, use, and disclosure of such End Users’ personal data will be limited by our agreement with the Client, whose privacy policy will govern the End Users’ personal data.

When we act as a service provider to a Client, we may also share End User’s personal data as instructed by the Client, as permitted by the Client’s privacy policy or applicable laws. Personal data that has been de-identified, anonymized, or aggregated so that it no longer personally identifies a person is not considered personal data, and we may use and disclose any such data without restriction.
How We Retain Your Personal Data
We retain your personal data according to applicable laws or regulatory requirements and keep it as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or for which the personal data was collected.
How We Secure Your Personal Data
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your personal data, we have put in place reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect your personal data. Customer Reviews
We use third-party reviews partners (“Reviews Partners”), such as Consumer Affairs and Clutch, to help us collect and aggregate honest reviews of our Services. We do this to understand how we can improve your experience and to advertise our Services on the sites hosted by our Reviews Partners. We may share a Client’s information (such as company name, primary contact’s name, assigned Plaza Offices phone number, email address, and/or city/state) with our Reviews Partners for the purpose of contacting you for your review. Our Reviews Partners have made a commitment that they will only use the information we share with them for the purpose of obtaining your review (and not to market any other goods or services). However, if you sign up for an account on a Reviews Partner’s site or provide any information directly to a Reviews Partner when you submit a review, your personal data will be governed by the Reviews Partner’s privacy policy, and we have no control over such data. In addition, please note that subject to a Reviews Partner’s privacy policy, we may have access to your review and other information that you post on a Reviews Partner’s site, either because it is publicly visible or because a Reviews Partner makes it available to us. At any time, you can request that we not share your information with our Reviews Partners or opt-out of any future communications by our Reviews Partners by contacting us and indicating your preferences.
How You Can Access and Control Your Data
Updating your account settings
Users and Clients who have registered for an Plaza Offices account can update their account information and payment information by logging into their Plaza Offices account and updating their account settings. If you are unable to update your account information in your Plaza Offices account, please contact us and we can work with you to update the information.
Access to your personal data
You can request to know what personal data we have about you and correct any incorrect or out-of-date personal data by contacting us at any time. If you are an End User and we have collected your personal data as a service provider to a Client, we may be required to forward your request to the Client for further instructions or action on the part of the Client.
Restricting collection and use of personal data for marketing purposes
You may restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:
- When you fill out a form on our website or submit information in a form to the Services, you may be given the opportunity to opt-out of the use of your contact information for direct marketing communications. If you do not opt-out, we may use your contact information for our direct marketing purposes. You can change your mind by contacting us to opt-out of further marketing communications.
- When you purchase Services from us, we may provide your contact information to our Reviews Partners so that they can ask you to leave a review of our Services on the Reviews Partner’s site. If you do not want your information shared with our Reviews Partners for this purpose, you can opt out at any time by contacting us using the contact information below.
- If you receive email communications from us, you can click on the unsubscribe link to stop receiving further marketing emails. However, we may still email you to communicate with you about your account or notify you about updates to the Services.

Do Not Track While we are committed to transparency and protecting your privacy, we do not recognize browser-initiated Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals because there is no industry standard for how to respond to such signals.
California Privacy Rights California consumers may have additional rights over their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Rights Act (CCPA). These rights include:
- The right to know. Our Users have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months.

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request related to your personal information. We are only required to respond to two requests to know or access within a 12-month period. Your request must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative, and describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days. We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to another 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
